Summary: | The goal and the designing of this thesis is to learn and to know the work
of alternator that used regulator and IC regulator in the charging system of
trainer engine suzuki carry ST100.
The first method is to serve the manual book as the guiding book to avoid
the mistakes in the testing and the measure of components charging system. The
second method is to design the electricity in the charging system of trainer engine
suzuki carry ST100 and measure of components engine suzuki cary ST100. The
Third method is to testing at trainer engine suzuki ST100, which is alternator
change of mechanical energy from engine become eletrical energy alternating
current (AC). After that, the current flow to regulator for adjust electrical current
that into rotor coil. After that, alternating current (AC) come in to the rectifier for
change as direct current (DC) and saved to batery.
By the testing measuring been done, can be known that the a part of
charging system is appropriate to the factory standardization, so that there is a
little possibility of charging problem to be happened, and the machine that is
hard to work on this engine trainer suzuki carry ST100. By doing the testing, that
machine is deserve as a sporting on the practice.
