health services. On the other hand, it would cause
disharmony of relationship between healthare providers
and hospital with patient or patient�s family. Because
of that, we need to discussed about the media outside
the institution for example Indonesian Midwives
Assosiation in Yogyakarta
Objectives:To know the health care dispute resolution
procedure that have been resolved in the Indonesian
Midwives Assosiation and to know the role from
organization profession in resolution of health care
dispute cases.
Methods:This research is a descriptive observational
study, conducted in Indonesia Midwives Assosiation in
Yogyakarta. Data collection with questionnaires and
interviews as well as from the news in the media,
analyzed data use descriptive analysis.
Result:There are three cases that have been consulted
to Indonesian Midwives Assosiation in Yogyakarta from
the branch in district levels. Two cases of maternal
death and one case of infant death. Copletion has been
done by the district levels and then resolved by
mediation with the family or with other part.
Conclusion:There are no reported case that formally
recievedby Indonesian Midwives Assosiation in province
level. So far, The province level just be a consultant. |
