The main in gredient of making biogasoline ie used cooking oil catalyzed Cr-zeolite absolete and harmful to the human body because it contains the structure of benzene. This study aims to determine whether the mixture of gasoline and biogasoline can be operated on the engine and the exhaust emissions are safe for the environment. Testswere done is machine performance and exhaust emissions. This method uses the value of the control with the gasoline fuel mixture ratio on the variation between gasoline and biogasoline. This variation accounts for 95% gasoline-biogasoline 5%, 90% gasoline -10% biogasoline, 85% gasoline -15% biogasoline on the use ofa motorcycle with the type4 steps. From the results of performance testing engine biogasoline the addition ofa mixture of gasoline andvariations rpm with the highest scoreina mixture of 85% gasoline -15% biogasoline in generating torque and power values. Onexhaust emissions testing is safe for the environment, because the test results do not exceed air quality standards. The best value in producing Co and HC on a blend of 85% gasoline-15% biogasoline when compared to gasoline and other fuel mixture but not so significant. |
