| Summary: | Indonesian growth rate had increased for 10 years
ago, if it does not controlled will become
resposibility of health development. Keluarga
Berencana (KB) is goverment�s solution for its to
MDG�s 2015 come true.
This study is aim to know the patients
satisfaction level toward KB AKDR quality service at
Puskesmas Wonosobo I, KB and KIA clinic. This use
descrptive quantitative methode with cross-sectional
approach. Sampling methode in study were purposive
sampling. This study had been done during February -
Maret 2013 with a population were KB AKDR patient of
Puskesmas Wonosobo I, sample size were 85 respondents
based on Lemeshow�s formulation. Inclusion criteria of
the study were fertile women 20-45 years old and had
treated KB AKDR at Puskesmas Wonosobo I.
Instrument in used were questionnaire. Based on
validity and reliabilty test were known that 15
question has state as valid and reliable to used as
study instrument. Procedure of study were giving a
questionnaire onto sample which has include as
inclusion criteria. Data were tabulated and analyzed
as statistic using SPSS for Windows 15.0.
Result shown that patients were very satisfy with
the quality of KB AKDR service at Puskesmas Wonosobo I
with a percentage of 77,70%. Dimension of quality
services arranged from very satisfy were assurance
(20,59%), reliability (20,39%), empathy (20,15%),
tangible (19,82%), dan responseiveness (19,05%).
