| Summary: | The purpose of this study was to answer the question of how the role of the notary in
making minute of lottery on banking in Yogyakarta City and how the legal consequences of the
act are not eligible act creation and relation to the interests of society and the rule of law.
This study are normative juridical unity and empirical research that is done is against the
law based on the law concretely means to acquire knowledge of how community legal
relationship with the factors that affect the implementation of the law in society and analyzed the
literature materials. Techniques for data collection on literature research study done by the way
that is a technical document or data collection method to learn good materials book as literature,
as well as findings of legislation related to the lottery prizes. Field research was obtained by
interview using the interview guidelines. Data obtained qualitatively analyzed systematically
selecting and organizing data based on quality of research based sequence then drawn
conclusions using deductive thinking method that is starting from a general nature and is pulled
to the specific nature.
Results of this study indicate that the role of the notary in lottery drawing prizes are as
general office makes an authentic act of drawing-filled event with prizes votes made in acte
ambtelijk. Manufacturing act must meet the provisions of applicable law that news events draw
prizes withdrawal made by the notary to guarantee legal certainty for drawing votes berhadiah.
