| description | Current information technology, computer, and telecommunications have a revolutionary impact and structured as it has been previously thought. Many organizations in the industry, marketing, and administration are very dependent on their information systems. Information systems was used to achieve the goals and mission of the organization, namely efficiency and effectiveness in fulfilling the organization's needs. Therefore, it needs a strategy for development of information systems in order to achieve the vision and mission in fulfilling the needs of the organization. Currently Banyuwangi regency has had a strategic plan using information systems strategic planning with classics framework. However, the current utilization of the strategic plan that owned have less impact. This is due to several development targets contained in the information systems strategic plan was not met. Objective in the proposed research is to make information systems strategic plan, using the TOGAF ADM in order to harmonize the functions of the information system and support the strategic plan of government. Another goal that to be expected was how to design the arrangement of information systems strategy that used to describe the details of the information systems architecture. The tools that used in this study is the concept of IT Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to analyze the problems of information needs. The final research was the form of a new design of information systems strategic plan for Banyuwangi government using TOGAF ADM. Initial stages of the research that was conducted are the analysis of information systems development at Banyuwangi government using IT Balanced Scorecard analysis. For the final stage, it�s about the management of portfolio for applications that will be developed as well as those already owned by using a matrix of McFarlan in order to manage the applications portofolio therefore it would be produced some portofolio that has been more structured and effective. |
