Description
Summary:Realizing the potential of tourism in Yogyakarta very large, some investors who are members of the PT. Jogja Eco Tourism plan to build a tourist area "Jogja Eco Park" in the village of Pakem Candibinangun Sleman district of 20 ha (20,000 m2), which is based on the existing natural resources. The concept of the planned tourist area is a mix of tourist waterpark, drypark (outbound), and the show / entertainment that comes with a culinary tour. This plan will certainly have an impact in the form of environmental, social, economic, cultural and traffic impacts due to generation / attraction trip to the tourist area. This study focused on the analysis of the performance impact of traffic roads and intersections affected are estimated traffic that originates from the pull/ trip generation to the tourist area of operations caused by the tourist areas. The method used in estimating the trip generation is the method comparison study (similar analogy tourist areas), with studies correlate analogy latest generation similar tour in Yogyakarta (in 2012) with the results of a study / formulation of Dirjhubat 1992, in order to obtain a new formula to estimate trip generation to the tourist area. Furthermore, the performance analysis of roads and intersections using methods MKJI (1997). Conditions analyzed is the condition before it was built (2012), the early prediction of operational (2015) up to 10 years of operation (2020-2025). Prediction operational traffic generation JEP region in 2015 amounted to 242 smp/hour, 309 smp/hour in 2020 and 395 smp/hour in 2025. Traffic generation impact on the performance of roads and road intersection decrease performance by 4% per year operation (without repair scenario). The best treatment scenario impacts on roads (Candibinangun) is a minimal 6-7 meter road widening (existing 5 meter), whereas the intersection in addition to increasing the capacity of the intersection by widening the road at all intersections arm also needed traffic management strategies such as transfers of most current intersection will be heading Theater-Candibinangun 4 by 4% and 18% will go to the intersection of the current 4-Ground Candibinangun pass alternative pathways. Traffic management strategy is implemented at the intersection of 3 Ngasem-Jl. Ground (for alternative access road to the Theater), Theater-Capt. intersection 4 Haryadi (for alternative access road to the Ground) and at the fork in the road, which owns Pakem-Turi access from the north to the tourist area of Jogja Eco Park.
