description Background: Health worker is the main part to improve the public health services. One of the difficulties in learning on health workers is Interprofessional Education (IPE). Success in learning is affected by various factors, both internal and external factors, such as the educational climate. Objective: To know an image of educational climate in Faculty of Medicine of Universitas Gadjah Mada in the development of an Interprofessional Education (IPE) learning system to student batch 2011. Method: Descriptive with observational study design. Result: There were 49 respondents from student batch 2011/2012 in Faculty of Medicine of Universitas Gadjah Mada, consisting of School of Medical 28 people (57,14%), School Nutrition Health 11 people (22,45%), and School of Nursing 10 people (20,41%). There were 38 (77,55%) female students. Mean of total DREEM score in educational climate of Interprofessional Education implementation was 149.08 (SD 13,263). Further analysis to the five subscale is Mean score. Subscale 1 is perception student of teaching subscale, the mean score is 36.51 . It means there is a more positif perception from student toward to components in this subscale. Subscale 2 is student perception of of teacher. The mean score is 32.24 that mean the educational climate is moving in right direction. Subscale 3 is student of academic self perception subscale, the mean score is 24.27 meaning that student feel more on positif side. Subscale 4 is student social self perception subscale, the mean score is 19.57 that are not to bad. Subscale 5 is perception student of atmosphere educational climate, the mean score is 36.59. That mean there are more positive attitude. Generally , all the five subscale score are leading to better direction. There were 21 items in could be enhanced criterias, 26 items in positive criteria, and 3 items in real positive area. Conclusion: Students who joined the learning implementation of IPE in Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada, had assessment that the activity was satisfactory and lead to better learning.
