| Summary: | Alas Purwo National Park is one of nature conservation area generally has a
tropical rain forest ecosystem types lowland to have some type of vegetation
formations suchas coastal forests, mangrove forests, bamboo forest, plantations , and
lowland rainforest . Formation of mangrove forests in the National Park Alas Purwo
contained in several locations including in Segoro anak attends National Park
Management Section Region I Tegaldlimo with broad reach ± 1.350 Ha and in the
Teluk pangpang of entry National Park Management Section II Region Muncar of ±
198 Ha . Teluk Pangpang mangroves in region has long been used by communities
around forest areas either directly or indirectly. Directly utilize mangrove
communities in the form of such decision for firewood, building materials, and
materials for charcoal, while indirectly, including places for seafood such as crabs,
fish, and shrimp.
Decision shrimp ( Grago ) in mangrove Teluk pangpang been done by the
community for a long time . Research on the role of mangrove ecosystems in the
economic improvement of the community in the Teluk Pangpang Alas Purwo
National Park aims to determine the composition of mangrove bay shrimp production
Pangpang and Grago relations with the Teluk Pangpang mangrove ecological
parameters. Also aims to determine the community's economic profile search and

The research was conducted in the village of White Wringin , Muncar district,
