| Summary: | This study aimed to examine the influence of local government accountability and transparency toward public satisfaction and trust. The survey was conducted on 272 person of Yogyakarta thatis classified into five districts or cities. They were asked to give their response about the local government by filling a questionnaire regarding the local government accountability and transparency and also satisfaction and their trust in local government. This study using the mixed methods research, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The results indicated that there was significant influence of local government accountability and transparency toward the public satisfaction and trust in the local government. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the local government should continue to improve accountability and transparency so that people can really feel the advantages. |
