Summary: | The computerized impedance spectroscopy system working at frequency 5-120 kHz has been used to determine Ba1-xCaxTio3 (0,09 x 0,25) materials dielectric constant, synthesized of BaCO3, CaCO3 and TiO2 powders by solid state reaction method at 1200 and 1100oC firring temperature. The measurements were also carried out for the electrical properties including dielectric permittivity, loss tangent and impedance, which found out to be dependent on frequency. The result shows that the real part of the highest and the lowest dielectric constant are 319 for x = 0,25 and 223 for x = 0,09, both at frequency 5 kHz, and so are 73 and 50 for the imaginary part at frequency 120 kHz respectively. Relaxation frequency of Ba1-xCaxTio3 (BCTO-x) is obtained at frequency 15 kHz for all xs data using the Cole-Cole plot. However, the impedance and the loss tangent that have been measured are nearly independent in the x variation (0,09 x 0,25).
