description Plant Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) becomes one of promising assets management methods in process � based industry. With main objectives to renewal, maintain, modify and imporove, TAM can definitely help to optimize the performance of fasilities and other production assets in plant. Hence scheduling phase is becoming a real importance, especially in identifying critical path on the schedule. However in fact, critical path method (CPM) is not realistic since it assumes that usage of resource is unlimited. Otherwise, resource constrained scheduling (RCS) has these abilities to assign resource constraints. In this paper, a novel scheduling tool resource constrained critical path method (RCCPM) is introduced by incorporating RCS into CPM. The general concept of development of RCCPM scheduling tool is covering the weaknesses in a method with advantages from others. The result in this paper are in forms of time, cost and scope (resource) parameters. Evaluation results can be seen as identified and formatted resource links caused by percent allocation as well as overtime (OT). Also as identified resource dependency on a precious identified resource link. Other result can be seen as provided an alternatif schedule on a resource link that has phantom float (PF) greter than 0. Cost evaluation is in form of changes on time evaluation. The final evaluation is the comparation of changes that are identified by using or not using RCCPM scheduling tool, which is affected by consideration of resource leveling and revenue loss.
