| סיכום: | This study is purposed to analyze the agreement of gold credit and to
understand the agreement qualification of gold credit and its implications due to
any changes of gold price in agreement period related to the gold price which
fluctuates in PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Sumber Surakarta.
This research was done by using legal normative-empirical
approach.Research�s subject were respondents and resource persons that specified
with non probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling. This study
only determine some samples to become respondents using a non-probability
sampling without providing equal opportunity in any population to be selected as
the sample with purposive sampling which is conducted in a way of subjects
taking which is based on particular purpose.
The results show that the pawnshop is one of the financial institutions
(non-bank) in Indonesia which has activities financing to people needs both
productive and consumptive using the lien law. The financing transactions are
conducted by the pawnshop |
