Summary:The national examination and delinquency are a problem that is being faced by education now, for it concerns us together in finding solutions to these problems, the results suggest that the level of anxieties students when approaching the greater National Exam for it needed a guidance and counseling so that these anxieties can eliminate , the role of guidance and counseling also give direction and purpose for each student in achieving his goal besides counseling can counteract the problem of juvenile delinquency so expect students to become more capable and resilient in the face of threats, challenges, barriers and interference from inside and outside himself. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the implementation of guidance and counseling services to the academic achievement of students in favor of personal resilience (2) the extent to which guidance and counseling services to improve learning achievement in supporting students' personal resilience (3) optimization of guidance and counseling services to achievement learning to support student's personal resilience. This study used qualitative methods and a simple table that prioritizes on the collection and analysis of written text. Data were obtained from the primary data and secondary data. Primary data from observations, interviews with teachers, parents and principals and questionnaires with the results of the student questionnaires, while secondary data obtained from the data library in a variety of forms, including books, websites and other literature sources and documentation. The findings of this study that (1) implementation of guidance and counseling services to the academic achievement of students in favor of personal security is still not up, (2) The role of guidance and counseling services in the teaching and learning activities proven to increase student achievement in supporting students' personal resilience, (3) The guidance and counseling services in support of students' personal resilience is running as it should, but need intensive optimization and the cooperation of all elements of education that target graduate students with 100% can be achieved in addition it is expected that students have the ability and resilience in the face of threats, challenges, obstacles and disruption that comes from the inside and outside of himself and resilience for school can be realized.
