Current study stated that first degree relative and the younger the attack is the most possibility to reccurence. Several factors thought to be the predictor such as: gender, family history of epilepsy, repeated and frequent illness, type of infection that causes the fever, temperature, febrile duration, type of seizure and neurologic abnormalities. Objective The study aimed to determined gender, age of the first attack, family history in 1st degree, 2nd and 3th relatives of febrile seizure or epilepsy, frequent illness, type of infection that causes the fever, temperature, febrile duration, type of seizure and neurologic abnormalities as predictor of recurrent febrile seizure. Methods This study was a cohort retrospectif study and the sample was children from 3 to 60 months old hospitalized at Pediatric Department of Sardjito General Hospital subject to and or history of febrile seizure before. Control was children hospitalized at the same hospital with main subject of first febrile seizure without recurrency in the last 2 years afterwards. Result There are 169 cases of febrile seizure with reccurency in 69(39%) pasient. Factor that correlate with the reccurency are age at first attack 3 month 12 month (p=0,096
