| description | Background: The demand of clinical visum et repertum in Dr Sardjito hospital is increasing, as
the number of cases as an investigator and consumer awareness of the importance of visum et
repertum as one legal evidence. Along with the increasing number of visum is issued, the
investigating authorities as consumers are not satisfied with the results of visum epertum.
Objective: To determine the level of satisfaction a investigator as a consumer for visum et
repertum issued by Dr. Sardjito hospital.
Methods: This study is an observational descriptive. Data collection was conducted through
interviews with the questionnaire guide. The data were then analyzed descriptively.
Results: The number of respondents investigator as many as 40 people. The results are: At the
level of satisfaction with the service, all investigators were satisfied (100%). At the level of
satisfaction with the time there were 28 (70%) were satisfied, 10 (25%) were somewhat satisfied,
while 2 (5%) are not satisfied. At the level of satisfaction with informative data, there are only 2
(5%) were somewhat satisfied, while as many as 38 (95%) were satisfied.
Conclusion: The level of satisfaction of the investigator visum et repertum issued by Dr. Sardjito
hospital is not entirely satisfied. Dissatisfaction constraints are still not precisely on time
completion of the visum more than 14 days and still occur in the medical language in the content
of visum are not understood by the investigator. |
