| Summary: | In the public sector, the main objective of an organization is giving public service. The phenomenon that is being observed among the development of public sector is the greater demands in implementing public accountability by a public sector organization, such as: central government, province government, regional government, government work units, department and nation�s institutions. Public sector organization is required to be more efficient, able to calculate the economical and social costs, and also understand the negative effect of the activity that they implement. All of these characters can be fulfilled if all levels of leaders organize controlled interventions towards all of the activities in each institution.
Objective of research: to understand, analyze, and proof influence of independency, professionalism, work complexity, and time duration pressure of West Papuan inspectorate auditor towards effectiveness of supervision. Besides that, the result of the research will also be a suggestion towards creating a better performance in System of Intern Control of Province/District/City Government in the future.
The research data is primer data in a form of questioner as fundamental data and data proponents is in a form of authorized documents that is published by the West Papuan Province Government and Manokwari District. The research population is the inspector auditor province and inspector auditor district of Manokwari. Analysis data technique is done by linier regression equation with using model regression.
Based on the research result it is understood that examination affectivity can be explained in a regression model with an adjust R square value that can reach 46% from 4 (four) hypothesis that is used. Independency influence as much as 0.245, professionalism influence as much as 0.285, and duration time pressure also influence as much as 0.316. On the other hand, for the complexity of work 0.094 does not influence towards the affectivitas examination.
