| description | This research aims to understand about how the realization of the
supervision implementation and the supervision coordination existence between
Inspectorate General of Kemenkominfo with another APIP in order to achieve
the performance optimizing in Inspectorate General of Ministry of
Communication and Information Technology.
This research used qualitative descriptive approach to provide description
of the state of the research object or subject at the present time based on the
existing facts, by researching library materials as the secondary data, which
hereinafter referred to as library research. To complete the secondary data,
observation was performed to obtain the primary data by conducting interviews.
The results of this research are: (1) generally, the program and the
activity implementation of Ministry of Communication and Information
Technology has approached the strategic objective achievement. (2) The types of
the investigations that have been carried out by Inspectorate General of
Kemenkominfo are as follows: Performance Investigation on the Utilization of
State Budget, General Inspection, Monitoring of the Follow-up Supervision
Result, Program Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation on Public Service
Implementation, Investigation on the Focus of Ministry Activity, Review on
Ministry Annual Finance Statement, Work program evaluation of Echelon I
Kemenkominfo, Specific Investigation. (3) The lack of the available auditor
workforce�s number and quality. Not comparable to the width of the supervision
activities� scope that should be conducted. (4) Inspectorate General
organizational structure does not reflect the composition of the ideal supervision
division. (5) The supervision duties implementation of Inspectorate General
Kemenkominfo previously is commonly constrained because the absence of
coordination among another internal government (APIP) |
