| Summary: | This research aim to analysis New Institution of Economic (NIE) of PT Jatim Grha Utama as company that all of share having by Local Government of East Java Indonesia with land banking performance. The independent variables of NIE are property right, income, regulation and public service. The other, performance land banking as dependent variable.
The primary data with 46 respondents collected from staff of this company holding PT Jatim Grha Utama and all of sister companies namely Puspa Agro, Asset Management Unit and Commercial Units. For analysis that correlation between independent and dependent variables used spearman for relation. Validity and reliability test of the regression, by chronbach alpha, durbin Watson, anova and others, showed that correlation were valid and reliable .
