with 106 cases in 2011 (CDR=54.9%). The high case of positive for acid-fast
bacilli pulmonary tuberculosis is affected by some risk factors triggering the
disease such as environment risk factors, demography, socialeconomy, and also
the behavior of the people. Whereas the low coverage of CDR shows that there
are more undetected pulmonary tuberculosis having potential to spread germs.
The attempt to prevent and control pulmonic tuberculosis that is based on the data
is quite effective to reduce the feast of the disease.
Objective: To know data availability andintegration, spatial distribution and risk
factor that relate to positive for acid-fast bacilli pulmonary tuberculosis in
Pringgabaya Sub District, East Lombok Regency in 2011.
Method: This research is a descriptive analytic with case control design.Research
sample are all positive for acid-fast bacilli pulmonary tuberculosis from 2011
which are registered as TB.03 in local public health center. 91 cases fulfill
exclusion criteria, and pulmonary tuberculosis registered as TB.06 in local public
health center. Ratio between cases and control is 1 |
