One of the famous destinations in Indonesia is Sangiran museum of early humans. a problem occurred in early human Sangiran museum whose management have not been up on the length of stay and the number of tourists staying. While the number of tourists is quite good because it is always increasing.This study has two objectives, namely to determine the factors that influence the performance of Sangiran museum and whether there is influence between tourist perceptions of environmental conditions, tourist perceptions about the cost of travel, tourist perceptions about promotion ever undertaken and tourist perceptions of the quality of product appeal tours that are sold to tourist perceptions about performance Sangiran museum. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using a quantitative approach. While the unit of analysis in this study is the Sangiran museum of early humans. data collection technique is to use questionnaires and literature study. The analysis used the validity, relibalitas, descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, regression test, t test and f test. According to Kotler and Armstrong in A. B Susanto (2001:70) The marketing mix is a set of tactical marketing tool that includes product, price, promotion, and distribution and produce the desired response by the target. Based on the results of a questionnaire that has been deployed by the researchers between tourist perceptions of environmental conditions, tourist perceptions about the cost of travel, tourist perceptions about promotion ever undertaken and tourist perceptions of the quality of the tourism product appeal that sold significantly affect tourist perceptions about performance Sangiran museum . Recommendations researchers to realize that tourism has on the competitiveness of early humans Sangiran museum are washroom improvement and making the sink, training in foreign languages, especially English language to tourist guides and security guards. |
