Summary:Background : The system services an incentive compensation program that linking pay to productivity. Hospital Baseri Kandangan Hasan has run incentive remuneration based services Tapin Regent Decree number 09 of 2011, About Patterns rates and service utilization rates. Nevertheless, there is still a gap perceived nursing incentives received a monthly nurse in the treatment room. Nurse incentive distribution system services sourced from health insurance still equally. Nursing services division system that exists today seems to still not able to maximally increase the motivation of nurses. Objectives :To determine the incentive system services provided to nurses sourced from Insurance, Evaluating the incentive distribution systems and services Knowing the nurse's perception of its performance in serving patients from the health insurance program. Methods :The study design Case Study using descriptive qualitative research methods to explore more about the incentive system to evaluate the application of current nursing services. Results :Implementation of Care Services Incentive distribution system and the remuneration system is good enough, a complaint against the service distribution systems, especially the delay time payment incentives and aspects of the lack of fairness in the percentage return of 40% for services and 60% for Facility Services. Conclusion :The application of the incentive system services are distributed nominal amount each month has not met expectations and most nurses are considered still not able to provide benefits in accordance with the performance of each nurse, not in accordance with the timeliness aspect of the provision, not in accordance with the aspect of justice, but do not affect the nurse in serve patients from patients Assurance Program.
