Summary:One of the factors of production that plays an important role in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of production is worker. worker can also be an obstacle for an industry which, if not identified could disturb the goal. One of the concepts that can be used to identify any constraints existing work in an industry is the Theory of Constraints (TOC). TOC recognizes that the performance of each company is limited by constraints. Tempe \"Muchlar\" is one of the food industry that all the work is done manually so that the production process is highly dependent on the capacity of the workforce. Problems arise because the target tempe production of semi-finished for 3600 + kg is not reached. This study aims to identify the worker happens Capacity constrained approach of standard time and may determine the appropriate improvements to increase capacity This study was conducted to quantify and determine the factors that affect the capacity of workers such as heart rate, standard time workers and the environment.
