R50 is the depth that resulted in dose reduction by 50%. At the time of the calculation R50 for the electron energy which is owned by RSUP dr. Hasan Sadikin, is energy 4 MeV, 6 MeV, 8 MeV, 10 MeV, 12 MeV and 15 MeV, it was found the energy that has R50 � 4 g/cm 2 is 10 MeV, 12 MeV and 15 MeV. The next step was measured the absorbed dose energy electron linac by using the farmer ionization chamber as a cylindrical detector and advanced markus detector as a plan parallel detector is alternately aligned. The measurement results and then inserted into the calculation of the absorbed dose maximum depth (zmax). Calculation results are then analyzed by the authors in order not to exceed the limit of tolerance is 2%. The absorbed dose measurements obtained using the farmer chamber and measurements with advanced markus produced at 10 MeV energy is equal to 204 MU and 200.8 MU with differences in the results of both detectors deviation of 1.6% and at 15 MeV energy is equal to 206 MU and 203.4 MU with deviation difference in the results of both detectors at 1.3%. The difference is less than 2% in this study, suggesting that the two detectors in this study is correct and appropriate when used for electron energy measurements with R50 � 4 g/cm 2.
