Jogjakarta . This study aims to determine the activity netaudio in indie music spread
through digital media .
The method used in this study is a descriptive case study method . Netaudio
interesting case is a clear potential to spread the work with new media such as
internet intermediaries.
Objects in this study is the owner of netlabel - netlabel spreads in Indonesia.
In this study, researchers pick five objects of research : YesNoWave music,
Inmyroom Records, Rain ! Rekords, StoneAge Records, and Mindblasting Records,
which they are all members of Netaudio community . Then, to support research data,
the researcher took interview with the founders of netlabels which is competent to
answer from this researches.
Data analysis techniques which been used in this study is a qualitative
analysis refers to the analysis of primary and secondary data in the main form . To
obtain validity of the data, this research use deep interviews with the informant. This
technique facilitates researchers to analyze and mapping the role and function of
Netaudio activities in Indonesia in developing Indie music in the country. |
