description Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology is an advanced stage in telecommunications today. LTE continuously develops to meet the demand from User Equipment (UE), a variety of systems and protocols in the network architecture of LTE are continuously evaluated. One of the evaluations is to test LTE Radio Link Control (RLC) performance of LTE network simulation. In this simulation there are three kinds of RLC modes, Transparent Mode (TM), Acknowledged mode (AM), and Unacknowledged M ode (UM). Input parameters are configured and simulated using LTE-Sim. By comparing three different RLC modes working on three scenarios with different traff ic simulation, this study looked at a variety of work most qualified RLC parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) such as small dela and, small Packet Loss Ratio (PLR). TM always work not optimal in all simulation scenario, on Video scenario simulation it has 72417.73 ms value of delay. UM has a mean time delay 1.508 ms on Proportional Fair (PF) scheduling, 1.495 ms on Modified Largest Weighted Delay First (MLW DF) scheduling and 1.495ms on Exponential Proportional Fair (EXP-PF) scheduling in Voip scenario. It has always been the smallest value of the time delay and it can work on scenarios that have delay sensitive such as VoIP and Video scenarios. AM PLR performance is always close to zero at each simulation scenario and it can works optimally on a Constant Bit Rate (CBR) scenario who prioritizes the smallest error value.
