oxygen. Industrial processes in petroleum refining, gas processing,
petrochemical, and power generation using combustion handling which has
unique characteristics. Combustion is used directly and indirectly to produce the
desired product in industrial processes.
Enclosed ground flares is the equipment used for the burning process
that consists of the stack, burner, pilot and control panel. Use of enclosed ground
flare should be adjusted to a predetermined flare design includes flow rate,
composition, tempratur, and gas pressure.
Control of enclosed ground flare performed by the control panel is
composed of PLC, relay, temperature control, and inverter. In general function of
the control panel to drive the electronic components are arranged in enclosed
ground flare such as solenoid valve, motorized valve, UV flame detector, etc.
Control process is done by two methods auto and manual. Auto method is
enclosed ground flare work processes are done automatically without requiring a lot of
operator assistance. The manual method is labor process enclosed ground flare that is
done manually or with the help of step-by-step operator. To the two methods is equipped
with a safety system automatically shut down. |
