So with this tool can reduce a public complaint to the weather conditions and erratic temperatures. Digital clock system with monitoring and controlling temperature using ATMega16 microcontroller. This system consists of LM35 temperature sensor, driver seven segment, seven segment, LDR, microcontroller and software. To use a digital clock using RTC DS1307 processed, for temperature monitoring data obtained from the sensor to LM35 and view display arranged by LDR sensor output. At the control temperature set point as there are room temperature settings, so the temperature is set according to a predetermined set point. Light on the display as contained in the room, when the lights got dim light display will be lit. Digital clock with monitoring and room temperature control chamber can be reset in accordance with the local time and set point in accordance with the wishes of the user by using the buttons provided. But for setting display lights have been planted on the tool so it can not be reset. For temperature data can be monitored on the device between 0 º C to 99 º C. The display on this device from a digital clock to temperature monitoring using a seven segment.
