| Summary: | Transsexual phenomenon is a real significant problems as the number of
transsexual who dare to declare theirselves become the opposite gender is rising. A
transsexual is person who believe that they are psychologically similar with the
opposite gender and feel trapped in their real gender, furthermore they tend to do
surgical anatomy on certain parts of their body to mirroring the opposite gender,
mostly the sexual part. Based on those reasons, its attract the writer�s interest to take
research which covering transexual subject. Therefore this researsch has purposes are
(1) presenting human philosophy concept about freedom, existence, body and soul,
and human purposes
