technology has been widely applied in supporting the deployment of
telecommunications infrastructure especially in areas difficult to reach by using
the cable infrastructure.
Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, better known as
WiMAX, is the technology that will solve the connection problem is happening
right now. WiMax technology in Indonesia has been regulated by the government
at a frequency of 3.3 GHz. With microwave access technology, WiMAX will use
the microwave function as a medium instead of wires, so the range area and ease
of use are also advantages offered by this technology. One of the advantages of
WiMAX is its scope that reaches 50 km and can work well on condition of LOS
(Line of Sight) or NLOS (Non Line of Sight). |
