| Summary: | PLC is a process control system equipment which is a new technology that
can be relied upon to replace the conventional process control systems. Because
PLC has many advantages when compared to conventional process control

method, we can adjust the performance of the machine by pressing the button on

on the Run Out Measuring machine, the working principle of this machine is to
measure the diameter of the workpiece on the journal (Camshaft), the workpiece
is placed on the clipper and then we hit the start button, it will lock the tail stock
on Camshaft front, then move the probe to measure journal diameter at 1, 2
journaling, and journal 3. After completion of the probe will resign first and then
