food properly. GMP is done to anhance and maintan the quality of a product.
Evaluation is done by observing and identifying implementation carica production GMP
implementation in UD. Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur and compare with CPMB 1996
guidelines include some scope as a factor in food processing properly include the scope of
the site, buildings, employees, production equipment, raw materials, processing, sanitation
facilities, storage, containers and packaging, labeling, the final product, maintenance and
sanitations facilities, as well as document and record keeping. An assessment of the
implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the UD. Yuasa Food Berkah
Makmur are subjective and have not done a comparison or consultation with the leadership
of the company.
It was observed that the application of GMP largely been implemented well in the UD.

appropriate rules CPMB 1996 in the amount of 74,75% while for the scape of which is not
in accordances with regulations that is equal to 25,25%. The mismatch is affected by the
