Summary:VICO Indonesia or the Virginia Company, is one of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) appointed by BP Migas to process oil and gas drilling. Vico plan to modify some field production, for example take the inventory of pipeline and 3-dimensional model of the pipeline is located in Plant Satellite Nilam 2, to support this work were chosen using terrestrial laser scanners technology Scanstation 2 from Leica Geosytems. Laser scanner is a scanner that is able to produce an appearance of an object is measured in the form of 3-dimensional. The purpose of this work is the measure of Satellite Plant Patchouli 2 by using a laser scanner Scanstation 2 so that objects recorded as point cloud data sets are located in the 3-dimensional coordinate system. At Plant Satellite Nilam 2 scanning are Terrestrial Laser Scanner used Scanstation 2 things done is : Preliminary survey, Preliminary survey is an activity which conduct a field survey work and the orientation of the scanner. Design in which the measurement in this work has some work cover, stand scanner tool at a predetermined position, making the database work to be performed and the connection to the scanner software cyclone 7.0 . Installation target points, target is a form of planar target cyrax a total of 4 points target. Scanning Process, Scanning is the process of recording the data object, the results of the data object recording are called as point cloud data. Registration using targets to the target method, from the scanning process produced 18 scanworld the SW 1 to SW 18 each scanworld located at different coordinates for point cloud data fusion performed on each scanworld registration process. All the objects on Plant Satellite NIlam 2 has been successfully scanned without being missed. Each of point cloud data in every scanworld has been successfully registered. The Quality results on every scanworld are accept registration tolerance. For the tolerance value dx = 0.004 m, dy = 0.006 m, and dz = 0.004 m, where minimum of the tolerance registration is on scanworld 13 with dx = 0.000 m, dy = 0.0002 m and dz = 0,000 m and the maximum of the tolerance that registration is on scanworld 14 with dx = 0.001 m, dy = 0.001 m and dz = 0.000 m
