| description | This research aimed (1) to know the dairy farming of feasibility, (2) to know the dairy farming of break event point (BEP), (3) to know the effect of cost and milk price on dairy farming of feasibility in Sukabumi district, and (4) to know the dairy farming of feasibility with early investment of 12 cows in model I (buying system) and model II (leasing system). It used secondary data for 5 years data. It used descriptive analytical method. It used included R/C ratio, �/C ratio, BEP, NPV, IRR, and PP with discount rate 12% for 5 years. The sensitivity of dairy farming on economic factors such as decrease in milk price and increase in cost was analyzed using sensitivity analysis.
The result of analysis indicated that dairy farming is feasible. It is revealed with R/C ratio, �/C ratio, BEP, NPV, IRR, and PP having a higher score and sale of the volume is above than break event point. The dairy farming of company is more sensitive on decreasing price than increasing of operational cost. |
