West Java is one of the projects of PT. Pembangunan Perumahan or commonly
referred to as PT. PP (Persero) Branch IV of West Java. This construction using
precast structures method. This project was originally planned to conventional
methods in the hope of accelerating the implementation.
This building floor plate structure using precast half slab system which this
using conventional plate system previously. This method is combination of precast
concrete method and conventional method, where the bottom of the plate using
precast concrete and using conventional concrete topping on the top.
From implementation, the other advantage of this method is precast concrete
where located in the bottom serves as formwork too for topping conventional
concrete casting. Topping on this method serves as connector diagprahm beetween
other plate and the other one, so that load can be covered by plate evenly. With this
method, plate will be more water resistant and sound proofing too.
According to analysis, it can be concluded that implementation method
application of half slab precast had been used in this project is more efficient than
implementation method of conventional concrete plate. |
