| Summary: | Indonesia is one of the world�s earthquake-prone countries, as Indonesia is at
the confluence of three major tectonic plates of the world, the Australia, the Eurasia,
the Pacific plate. Events that have occurred from time to time that require building
regulation plans to continue to be updated, as in the time of this report where the
author tried to use the new rules for designing the structure, rules that require the
most recent earthquake in earthquake resistant design of buildings should be able to
behave in a ductile accepted with the probability of earthquake load exceeded 2% for
the 50-year service life of buildings (re-earthquake period 2500 years). For the
structural system being used must be compatible with the area where the building is
built according to function and etching of reinforcement should really suit the
requirements. Etching are analyzed a design capacity in accordance with the concept
of spesial reinforced concrete moment frame (SRPMK) and the concept of strong
