used in this research is descriptive and survey techniques. Sampling was done
purposively. Data were analyzed with proportions test, chi-square test and the gamma
test.
The results showed that most of the public impressions have positive opinion for \"Si
Bolang\" TRANS7 program and there is still a small portion of public who have negative
opinion, especially on airtime and broadcast hour. Age, education, location, occupation,
and the frequency of watching no significant effect on the direction and strength of
opinion. In the older age groups and the public who live near downtown were more
vocal in publicly opinion compared with younger age groups and the public who live far
from downtown. |
