| Summary: | The development of manufacturing industry year by year to make markets either in the word or in Indonesia the greater especially in pressing tool. So this study was conducted directly practiced by pressing on each bottle used and be known what percentage of the volume that can be saved, and using a mineral water bottle pressure we would save operational costs and energy efficiency. The method uses a system of hydraulic presses, because this method is suitable for the material that is lightweight and resilient. This press tools driven by manual, selection the method be accompanied with consideration of the operation of the hydraulic press is quite simple and requires a relatively short time in the process. This testing showed that the longer the pressure is applied to the bottle it will produce is not springback. Springback generated by the 1.5 L bottle showed betterthan 600 mL bottles. This shows that the more powerful is 1.5 L bottle.. |
