of top management. Interviews were conducted in a formal and informal conditions
to obtain detailed information and complementary.
In applying the market orientation, BRI has been able to apply the basic
principles of market orientation strategy. However, in the supporting components,
there are several aspects that need to be improved. The increase of components is
necessary to make the market orientation strategy better. |
