description | In a government institution, a policy which is able to provide good
services is very important in fostering public trust. Trust is also one of the main
considerations for business people or investors to channel funds investment in an
area. Perceptions of satisfaction and confidence in the institutions of government
services formed through the values delivered by the governmental institutions to
the community through public service and special shapes. Public value is the
value sought by society in relation to the strategic impact and experience in public
service.
This study was conducted to determine the value of the public which
included experience in services provision, experience of services related
outcomes, satisfaction and Trust in the value delivered by public service providers
that P2T outlet D.I Yogyakarta. In addition, this study also aims to see the impact
of services and the outcomes of the services on satisfaction and satisfaction with
the impact ontrust in P2T outlet. The method used in this research is descriptive
method to the type of survey research, and causal research methods. Primary data
were collected by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents, license applicant,
observation, and interviews. Samples were taken using simple random sampling
method. The questionnaire consisted of closed questions with Likert scale and
open-ended questions and closed questions using a Likert scale. The examination
of the strength of the relationship between variables in the variable was done
using Partial least Square.
From the research that has been done, it is inferred that the experience of
services provision has significantly positive impact on satisfaction and experience
of services-related outcomes have significantly positive impact on satisfaction and
satisfaction has significantly positive impact on trust in the P2T Outlet D.I
Yogyakarta. |
