CV Mavista Technic is a company medium scale who engaged in the field
of services of air conditioning, refrigeration, and humidity control systems. Stood
since years 1988, CV Mavista Technic grow and managed with governance
family management, As a result, company performance either financial nor the
non financial do not become focus of attention in the process of performance
measurement. This study aims for collate framework of Balanced Scorecard for
measure the performance of CV Mavista Technic from the four perspectives, at
once determines the target, measure, and the initiative strategic from each
perspective. With formulation of this framework, is expected the performance of
CV Mavista Technic can be appear more better in the future and can assist
business development, in the face of competition which very strong.
This research conducted since January to April 2013 using primary data
and secondary which is obtained from process the interview, observation, as well
as literature review. Data which analysis include the vision and mission of
company's, internal environment and external, then topped off with it determines
corporate strategy, target, size, and initiative strategic as well as strategy map.
The results of analysis showed that the targets of strategic CV Mavista
Technic is the increasing level revenue and the increasing profits on financial
perspective. The increasing quality of service on customer, the increasing
satisfaction customer, and the increasing quality of relationship with customer on
customer perspective. On perspective business process internal there are the
increasing service creativity effective, minimizing company's operational issues,
and sharing knowledge. And the last is the learning and growth perspective, the
increasing ability of technicians, developing a career path and incentive systems,
and develop good financial record keeping system as a strategic target. |
