Summary:Employee Engagement provides an extensive description about the employees�s well being. The level of employee engagement describes the goodness of leadership, relationship between employees, and also the job and work environment satisfaction. Analysis have been conducted on several variables that are thought to have impact on employee engagement, that trust in leaders, communication intensity, and the level of employees�s resistance to change. Regression analysis method was conducted to predict employee engagement using three independence variables mentioned above. The result showed that in accordance with the alleged studies, the variable of trust in leaders and communication intensity has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement both as individual factor or simultaneously. The discrepancy between theory and the result occurred on the effect of resistance to change towards employee engagement. The result on the regression show resistance to change has a non significant negative effect on employee engagement while according to the theories the effect should be significant.
