Summary: | Employee is a valuable corporate asset that must be managed well by
companies in order to provide optimal contribution. This study aims to examine and
analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
and the impact satisfaction of employee on OCB mediated by organizational
commitment Bank Indonesia museum. The samples used in this study were 70
respondents. Methods collection data are implemented through the distribution of
questionnaires of Bank Indonesia Museum employee. Hypothesis tested done with a
simple regression testing mediating variables and models developed by Baron and
Kenny (1986).
The study was supported the first and second hypothesis. This means job
satisfaction of Bank Indonesia Museum employee are positive and significant effect
on organizational citizenship behavior and affective commitment and normative
commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship
behavior. |
