Summary: | This study is to examine servant leadership, distributive justice and procedural
justice on affective commitment. The use of these variables based on the results of
previous research. Wei & Desa (2013) in his study showed that the combination
of all the dimensions of servant leadership is positively related to affective
commitment. Research conducted by Cohen, Charas & Spector (2001), Turgut,
Tokmak & Gucel (2012) showed that distributive justice is positively related to
affective commitment and research by Ramamoorthy & Flood (2004) showed that
both procedural justice and distributive justice affect affective commitment.
Servant leadership variables were measured using a questionnaire developed by
Barbuto and Wheeler (2006), distributive justice and procedural justice variables
were using instrument developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), and affective
commitment variables by Meyer and Allen (1990).
The questionnaires of which total is 88, were distributed to teachers at SMK
Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya from May 10, 2013 until May 16, 2013. Seventy four
questionnaires were returned by respondents
