The focus of this research is e-government through website on BPS D.I.
Yogyakarta Province in public services. The aim of this research is to find out
how e-government in BPS D.I. Yogyakarta Province. This research will discuss egovernment
through website to public services and factors that affects egovernment
consisting of leadership, information technology, the sources of funds
/ budget, human resources benefits, coordination, and innovation.
Methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative, through an
interview observation and documentation then analyze to give a conclusion. The
result showed that the development of e-government through website to public
services in BPS province has not been well so it is not provide good service. It can
be seen from factors that affects e-government that has not been fully support egovernment
program in BPS D.I. Yogyakarta Province.
This research recommend BPS D.I. Yogyakarta Province to carry out
services in two languages, renewal on the website content with complete data
accurate and updated, and furnish the data can directly downloaded by the visitor
in the form of various tables and add series data until the last five years, doing the
guidance and training of human resources and staffing management
improvements. |
