Summary: | This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational
commitment, and employee engagement to turnover intention of employees at PT.
Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. This study uses quantitative approach by survey methods
and questionnaires as a research instruments. Hypothesis testing was conducted
using the method of multiple regression, classic assumption test, and data
processing of questionnaires using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The results of this
study proves that job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee
engagement affect negatively to employee turnover intention.
