| description | Management Information System (SIMPEG) is one system that is owned
by the Government of Sambas district in particular on the Regional Employment
Board of Sambas district that has run on in 2010, the purpose of the construction
of the Sambas regency SIMPEG at BKD is to assist the duties and functions of
BKD in providing personnel information, but in practice it can be said it is not yet
optimal as the difference in the amount of employee data with the Finance
Secretariat section, employee data has not been fully updated and still the data
collection personnel manually. In this study tries to examine the implementation
of user attitudes SIMPEG and existing employees at BKD Sambas district in
running SIMPEG.
The method used in this study is a mixed methods approach that uses
qualitative and quantitative, on quantitative research approach used to determine
the attitude of users BKD Sambas district officials in running SIMPEG by
distributing questionnaires using TAM variables (Technology Acceptance Model)
is used to describe the implementation of qualitative SIMPEG that existed at BKD
Sambas district with the technique of collecting data through interviews,
observations and documents related to the implementation SIMPEG.
Based on the research that has been done, showing the attitude of users
towards clerks BKD to SIMPEG can be good although there are still encountered
obstacles such as the difficulty in running SIMPEG, without reading the manual
of SIMPEG, it is relevant because users running SIMPEG not all have the
educational background and Computers Employees do not operate every day on
the SIMPEG because not all use and other factors are the new system are
SAPK. User attitudes toward SIMPEG can be good, but there are several factors
which is the bottleneck in the implementation of SIMPEG, lack of funds and the
number of the manager, then the implementation of education and training has
not been good, the lack of a clear standard operating procedures, a lack of
awareness of the weak employment data and devices supporters.
For effective implementation of the Regional Employment Board SIMPEG
Sambas district it is advisable to allocate re-implementation of such budgeted
SIMPEG to development and maintenance. Contract or recruit employees to build
better database and perform periodic education and training for operators in the
implementation of SIMPEG and making SOP so running SIMPEG
implementation can run clear. |
