| Summary: | This research discuss about implementation of the animal health services
with research location in Sleman Regency. The main reason underlying the
research is still the existence of complaints submitted by the breeder. Research is
focused in 2012, because this year Standard Operating Procedures of free animal
health service start been applied in Sleman Regency. The purpose of this research
is to know the implementation of Act No. 18 of 2009 and the regulation of the
Minister of agriculture No. 64/Permentan/OT. 140/09/2007 related to animal
health services and find out the factors that influence the implementation of Act
No. 18 of 2009 and the regulation of the Minister of agriculture No.
64/Permentan/OT. 140/09/2007 related to animal health services in Sleman
Regency in 2012. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Collecting
data done by means of an interview, observation of the animal health services, and
collect relevant data.
The results showed that the implementation of the animal health service in
Sleman Regency not yet optimal. While the factors that affect the implementation
of its support is communication in terms of the purpose of Act No. 18 of 2009 and
the regulation of the Minister of agriculture No. 64/Permentan/OT. 140/09/2007
related to animal health services have been formulated clearly and communicated
so well that implementing already understand it |
