description Cold lava floods constantly threaten areas along the river which passed by volcanic material, so that watersheds become a prone cold lava flood area. Nowadays, remote monitoring is generally using telemetry or SCADA. The value of SCADA application is transmitted over the communication channel from a remote location to the unmaximum monitoring station. This study proposed a model of a web-based monitoring system using vibration and water surface level signals. The data processing signals in the remote monitoring system use rule base system method. The forward chaining logic is very flexible and can tolerate the existing data, via the forward chaing logic is expected to determine the status of the stream of information presented on a web server. The status monitoring system as a determinant of the stream can be used as an alternative to obtain status information streams that can assist people in overcoming the cold lava flood.
