Summary:The study was aimed to investigate the impact of organization values and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study will be conducted at government employee. This research will use employee performance questionaire, organization values questionaire and organizational citizenship behavior questionaire to collect the data. The analysis of this data used multiple regression. The result showed that regression model of organization values and OCB on employee performance had not match (F = 2,81
